Admenta is an oral prescription drug. It belongs to the class of drug known as NMDA receptor antagonist. It is used in treating patients suffering from a moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease is a condition in which a patient’s memory, ability to speak, to think, and handle daily task is slowly impaired. Admenta, however, does not cure Alzheimer’s disease. This drug can only improve the symptoms and delay the progression of the disease.
Donamem is an oral prescription drug that is used to treat moderate to severe confusion which is a symptom of Alzheimer’s disease. Donamem contains two active ingredients Donepezil and Memantine.
Donep is an oral prescription tablet. It is used in treating dementia due to mild to severe Alzheimer’s disease. However, this drug does not cure Alzheimer’s disease. Its active ingredient may only improve the memory, awareness and the ability to function. Donep can only help slow down how quickly the symptoms progress.
Galamer is an oral prescription medication. It is used in the treatment of mild to moderate vascular dementia related to Alzheimer’s diseases. Galamer may be used as a part of a combination therapy.
