We do our best to fulfill all orders placed. But, there are instances where we are unable to process your order, as a result, must cancel. The reasons include limited quantity available for purchase, stock unavailability, or problems identified by our department of fraud and avoidance.
Our customer support team is available any time and is ready to help you. Our team will inform you right away if your order has been cancelled. If in case your credit card has been charged, we will refund the said amount on your card account.
Cancellation by the Customer
You should contact our customer service if you want to cancel your order. Upon receiving the notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the full amount. But if we have already processed and shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled anymore. This can sometimes happen within 12 hours after you place an order.
For payments made through credit cards, refunds will be through credit cards. If the payment made was Money order/ Check, we will send your check/ money orders back. Money order/ Check will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
Refunds are typically processed in less than 10 working days. In case of payments by Money order/ Check, it may take more time for the Check to be delivered to your billing address.
